Spinach Avocado Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

So Easy and So Good.

 

  • Lick Creek Spinach Avocado Dip
  • Avocado Oil or Extravirgin Olive Oil
    (or your favorite oil)

Directions

 

  1. Mix equal parts of Avocado Dip and oil together.
  2. Pour over your favorite salad.

Spinach Artichoke Stuffed Mushroom

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound white button mushrooms
  • ½ to 2/3 jar Lick Creek Kitchen Spinach Artichoke Dip
  • ¼ cup Italian or plain breadcrumbs ( or panko)
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese

DIRECtions

Preheat oven to 350

Wash and dry mushrooms. Remove stems from mushroom caps. (These snap off easily from the underside of the mushroom cap).

Fill each mushroom cavity till slightly mounded, then sprinkle on breadcrumbs and then top generously with parmesan cheese.

(You can also add crumbled bacon, sausage, ground beef, chopped jalapenos…literally whatever.) 

Bake 25 minutes at 350.
