A Culinary Journey Begins

Our journey began in our kitchen.

My husband and I share a passion. We love to cook healthy food that taste great.

We often found that our healthy choices in food sacrificed flavor, taste and texture.  So we began experimenting with ingredients and tastes.  It wasn’t long before we were producing healthy snacks to buy in our local area.

That was twenty (20) years ago and since we have created many popular products.

Today, this passion continues with our line of products from Lick Creek Kitchen.

We always start with fresh produce and ingredients.

Our foods contain No Artificial Preservatives and we only use all-natural and gluten-free ingredients in our recipes. 

The result is “Award Winning” products that are sure to please.
